Winter Storm Ulmer Equipment Advisory

Per the National Weather Channel, Winter Storm Ulmer underwent bombogenesis on Wednesday, March 13 and reached record-breaking pressure, producing wind gusts over 90 mph. A blizzard occurred in eight locations and four states, resulting in record flooding from rainfall and snowmelt.
